Seeds of Life Montessori Academy is honored to share that our Founder and Director, María Eva Chaffin, will be presenting at the Montessori Education Days Conference, hosted by the Montessori Florida Coalition.

María Eva will present on the topic: The Prepared Adult: Your Role in Creating an Inclusive, Neuroinclusive Environment, which is a powerful and timely exploration of how the inner work, awareness, and intentional practices of the adult directly shape the success of all children in Montessori environments.

With more than 25 years of experience as a Montessori educator, inclusion specialist, and school leader, María Eva brings both depth and authenticity to this work. Her presentation focuses on the adult not as a manager of behavior, but as a guide whose mindset, regulation, and understanding of neurodiversity are essential to creating environments where every child feels safe, capable, and respected.

Drawing on her lived experience leading a neuroinclusive Montessori school and her work training educators nationally and internationally, María Eva offers practical tools, reflective practices, and concrete strategies that educators can immediately apply in their classrooms and schools.
