Program overview
Amazing Athletes PE is a progressive, skill-based sports program designed for children ages 3 to 12 years.
The program engages students through sports-specific training, team-based fitness challenges, and partner strength exercises—all in a fun, non-competitive environment.
Each week focuses on one of 12 different sports, with students learning key skills and applying them through structured game play.
Classes are designed to build physical confidence, motor skills, teamwork, and healthy habits.
The curriculum also includes fitness development, strength-building, and personal skill progression, all led by trained coaches using age-appropriate methods.

- Cool down to wrap up with mindfulness and recovery
